well, my 2008 st. patrick's day promises to be much tamer than 2007's. this time last year i was getting ready to hop on a plane to dublin. this year i won't even be able to enjoy any green beer. not that natural light with FD&C blue no. 1 and yellow no. 5 was ever a particularly classy choice, anyway.
but for those of you who will (and i hope you'll have a pint for me), here's Slate.com's guide to ecologically responsible drinking.
