i have a baby attorney on the other side of a new case. on my first phone call with him i immediately realized he was a baby attorney. they're so eager. they give up so much information! it is yours for the taking.
i went to the bar association website and his bar number confirmed my suspicions.
they really should randomize bar numbers because it makes it too easy.
part of me wants to help him along in this case while he's still cutting his teeth and removing the slip stitches from his brand new coat pleats.
and part of me wants to completely railroad him because his senior attorney is being a real *&!&$@?! on a case i've got.
i don't know which way i'll go, but i either way it will be telling of whether the practice of law has turned me into a complete monster or not. or yet.

I questioned a drawing and looked at the engineers number. It was like single digits. He had been around since the stone age, so I hung up the phone and assumed he was probably right!
