our realtor/the bank jointly screwed up our financing. long story short, we may be staying where we are for a while because i do not have the energy to do this all again and i'm about to throw in the towel if we have to start over.

oh, and if we don't hear back from our mortgage broker tomorrow and they make us wait all weekend, i am finding a new bank.
